This mental health booster workshop is designed to help propel you forwards in the direction which matters to you most – whether it’s work life, home life, how we feel within ourselves or big ambitions we have for the future, our mental health is crucial. This interactive workshop is filled with tips and tricks for keeping your mental health on track.

  • Tricky thoughts: Do you sometimes feel like your thoughts are working against you? Learn what to do when that voice in our head is hindering rather than helping  
  • Inner chat: Gain insight into the ways you talk to yourself and the effect this can have on how you feel  
  • The body and mental health: Deepen understanding of how the body is linked to mental health and how we can use it to support us.
